Terms of Service

We strive to display the colors of our rugs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Since our rugs are handmade, slight variations in size (up to 5%), pattern, and color are characteristic of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

For Custom Rugs and Bespoke orders:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin production.
• Once production has started (usually within 48 hours), orders cannot be cancelled.
• Custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a structural defect.

In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Custom Orders: Production time varies between 4-12 weeks depending on complexity.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen shipping carrier issues. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

You may return stock items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 10% may apply for large area rugs.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
