The Oberoi Villa

The Concept

Designing for the Oberoi Villa required a deep understanding of heritage and modern luxury. The client wanted a masterpiece that reflected the royal history of Udaipur while maintaining a contemporary comfort. We selected pure New Zealand wool mixed with bamboo silk to create a shimmering effect that changes with the daylight. The color palette was inspired by the Lake Pichola at sunset - subtle hues of blue, gold, and ivory. Every knot was tied by our master artisans in Bhadohi, taking over 4 months to complete this singular 12x15 ft statement piece.
